My experience with Jill Duran has been a pleasure since the first moment that I met her. Jill has a warm, professional demeanor which puts you at ease and lets you know right away that you are in capable hands. Jill is not pushy. Rather, she is unassuming and her quiet confidence convinces you that she can handle anything that comes her way. I experienced some challenges surrounding my closing. Even though the issue had nothing to do with her, she listened to me and went out of her way to assist me when she didn’t have to. Her calming personality was a critical factor in me handling the stress of having a closing postponed 12 days. I was relocating from the Middle East and she arranged for my household goods to be stored when they arrived shortly after the original closing date. Her knowledge and expertise gave her the ability to explain the situation for me when I was thoroughly confused and thought there was something I did wrong to create the delay. I will be forever grateful for Jill’s sincerity and caring. Even after the sale was complete, Jill checked in on me to make sure that I was getting settled in without any issues, and to ask if she could lend any more support. Jill has stopped by on occasion just to say “hi.” She is a true professional who really cares. That is a rare gift in these trying times.
